It is with great sorrow the family announces his passing at Extendicare Falconbridge on Friday, September 22, 2017 at the age of 82. Born in Blind River, he was the son of the late Armand and Dora (née St. Pierre) Labelle. Beloved husband of Jeannette Labelle (née Boyer). Loving father of Claude Labelle, Michele Labelle (Yvette), Patrick Labelle (Diana), Denis Labelle (predeceased) (Kelly). Cherished stepfather of Richard Marcotte (Angela), Gerry Marcotte, Michael Marcotte (Karen), Brigitte Reis (Tony), André Marcotte (Francine), Guy Marcotte (Cristal). Sadly missed by his 17 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his siblings Reginald (Colette of Val Caron), George (Evelyn) both predeceased, Rene (Lorraine) both predeceased and Lucille Levesque (predeceased). Special uncle of many nieces, nephews and sorely missed by his extended family and friends. A welder by trade, Dorian worked for INCO retiring in 1994 after 30 years of dedicated service. An avid Montreal Canadians fan who also loved to golf. He looked forward to enjoying his morning coffee at the mall with “The Gang” as he used to call them. In keeping with his wishes there will be no visitation or services.
