Passed away peacefully, Sunday, January 15, 2023 at Health Sciences North at the age of 83.
Predeceased by her parents Frank and Mary (nee Stanic) Ribic. Rose is also predeceased by her husband Tom (2004). Beloved mom of Alan (Janice), Todd (Kim) and Jason (Robin). Loving grandma of Jennifer, Chantelle, Ryan, Bradley, Kelsey, Kyle and Rebecca. Adoring great grandma of Amaya and Thomas. Dear sister of the late Shirley (the late Herb) and Ann (the late Ilija). Cherished aunt to many nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
Rose was born and raised in Creighton Mine, ON. She has always been involved in the church and she also volunteered with Sudbury Minor Hockey.
The family would like to extend a very special thank you to Priscilla and Melissa at Health Sciences North, 3rd Floor ICU for their incredible efforts and care.
A Memorial Mass will be Celebrated on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at 10:00 am at St. Andrew the Apostle Church (1250 Barry Downe Rd., Sudbury, ON) a fellowship lunch will follow.

Dear Todd, Alan, Jason and Families,
I am so sorry to hear about your mom’s passing. I have so many wonderful memories of times spent with your family when you lived on Westmount! Your mom was always welcoming and gave so much of herself to others. I am currently in Ottawa to attend the wake and funeral service of another dear friend, so I am truly sorry that I will not be able to be with you on Wednesday. My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this sad time. May the memories you have of your beautiful mother bring you comfort as you mourn her passing.
