In Loving Memory of Diane Giroux, 62 years, peacefully passed away in Sudbury on Wednesday, March 9th, 2016. Beloved and devoted wife of 47 years to Marcel Giroux. Loving mother of Lynn, Daniel (Jodie) and Sylvie (Rob). Proud grandmother of Marcel (Stephanie) and Alex. Cherished great-grandmother of Hailey, Caleb and Liam. Dear sister of Anita, Fabiola and Leslie. Sadly missed by many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Born March 20th, 1953 to the late Emery and Lilliane Daoust. She enjoyed painting, gardening and was always ready and willing to try a new DIY project she would come across on Pinterest. The true passion of her life was her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. We all miss her dearly but she will forever be in our hearts. As per Diane's request, there will be no viewing. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at Paroisse St-Jean de Brébeuf, 26 Kathleen Street, Sudbury, on Tuesday March 15th at 10:30am. Relatives and friends are welcome to join with the family at 10a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in her honour to the Maison Vale Hospice would be greatly appreciated.
