Pilon, Donald

Passed peacefully away at his residence, with family by his side, on Monday, March 25,2019 at the tender age of 74. Loving husband of 52 years to Diane Pilon (nee Sauvé), cherished father of John (Chantal) and Allan (Dianne), grandfather of Brianne (Nathan), Alyssa, Maxine (Sheldon), Noah, Jason (Ashley), Kyle (Stephanie) and Brett, great grandfather of Logan, Reid, Adele and Annie, leaving to mourn his siblings Lorne, Thérèse, Robert (Georgia) and Denise. Don will be sadly missed by many friends and colleagues. Don worked for Maslack and Nordic Bearings for 55 years, retired on October 22, 2015. He was a dedicated man who enjoyed playing rounds of golf with friends and family. As per Don’s wishes no visitation will be held a gathering will take place this summer. Memorial donations may be made directly to the Northern Cancer Foundation.
