Passed away peacefully Thursday, March 10th, 2022, at the age of 94, with family at her bedside. She was the loving Mother of Carole, Geoffrey, Mark, and Scott (Karey). Beloved Grandy / Gran of Sarah, Daniel, Sam, Max, Emily, and Ben. Loving Great-Grandmother of Jack, Oliver, Abel and Miles. She was the lively younger sister of Patricia and Victoria and the loving Auntie Audrey to Pat, Graham, Steven, Karen, and Sandy.
Audrey was born in Yorkshire, England, where she served in the army pay corps during the Second World War and later emigrated to Canada with her two children and husband Harold (pre deceased). They had a great social circle of friends and enjoyed traveling, especially to England to visit with family. After Harry’s death, she loved her trips to Acapulco every year and was also the top women in sales at Maxim’s working for her good friend Sirkka at her store in downtown Sudbury. Audrey famously had a song and a story for every occasion and she will be remembered and missed by those who loved her.
