It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Cecilia Welsh, 82 years on Thursday, December 19, 2024 at Finlandia Village, Sudbury. Beloved wife of the late Charles Welsh (predeceased 2020). Loving mother of Stephen (wife Raechel). Cherished grandmother of Airionna. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends in Canada, as well as back home in Scotland. A retired sales associate from Zellers whose greatest joys in life came from spending quality time with her family. In keeping with her wishes there will be no visitation or service.
