Roxanna “Roxy” Fiorini (née Shirreffs)

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Roxanna "Roxy" Fiorini (née Shirreffs), who left this world peacefully on July 16, 2026.

Born on July 13, 1953, Roxy was the youngest daughter of the late Cassie and Donald Shirreffs. She is now reunited with her beloved parents, her adored fur grandbaby, Reggie Jackson, and her best friend and former husband, Gino Fiorini, with whom she shared a lifelong friendship that endured long after their marriage ended.

She will be deeply missed by her loving sister, Cheryl Malleau of Sudbury, and was predeceased by her brother-in-law, Danny Malleau.

Roxy was a dedicated and loving mother to Jessica "Jessie" (Tim) of Niagara Falls and Anthony "Tony" (former wife Anne) of Chelmsford. She was a treasured Nonna to Kaden, Owen, and Trent, who were the pride and joys of her life.  Auntie Roxy also held a special place in the heart of her cherished niece, Alicia Roy of Dowling.

Anyone who had the pleasure of knowing Roxy knows she will not easily be forgotten. She left a lasting impression wherever she went and on everyone fortunate enough to know her. Her vibrant spirit, quick wit, and unforgettable personality made her both a legend and an icon among family and friends.

Roxy was truly the life of any every party. Her presence and legendary laughter were contagious, brightening every room and making every gathering memorable. Always ready for a good time, she brought joy, humour, and energy into the lives of those around her. She leaves behind a lifetime of laughter and countless hilarious memories, including priceless expressions and unforgettable moments that only "Foxy Roxy" could pull off.

A remarkable woman whose legacy will live on through the entertaining stories shared by those who loved her, Roxy will be remembered for her warmth, friendship, and larger-than-life spirit. Her infectious laughter and enthusiastic personality will continue to bring smiles to the hearts of family and friends for years to come.

The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Peltier and Rocsan Vaillancourt at Health Sciences North for their compassionate care, guidance, and support. Their sincere dedication to the work they do helped ensure that Roxy's final wishes were honoured with dignity, comfort, and respect.

To honour Roxy's one-of-a-kind life, family and friends are encouraged to raise a glass, share a story, and remember "Foxy Roxy." Her vibrant personality, infectious laugh, and iconic spirit will be deeply missed and forever cherished.

A private family celebration of life will be held at a later date to honour this legacy she leaves behind.  See ya later, Alligator…
