March 16, 1956-June 16, 2026 (70 years old)
It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Debbie on June 16, 2026. She leaves behind her son Allan (Trish), brother Frank (Edna). Beloved grandmother to Brianna, Brandon, Brooklynn, Courtney, and Carly who she loved more then anything in the world. Lovingly reunited with her daughter Amanda and her siblings Stella Deforest, Sophie Mathewson (Jim), John Rapski (Therese) and her parents John Rapsky and Ann Kuby. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews who she cherished. Debbie loved spending time with family creating lasting memories, she loved playing cards, drinking coffee and telling stories. She had a huge heart when it came to animals. She was a great friend to everyone and will be missed by so many.

Our sincere condolences to her family. Debbie was a great friend and companion to our mother Pauline. She spent countless times with her and they bickered often just to reunite and do it all over again. We had the pleasure of being her friends although sometimes she was more like a sister. Rest in peace, you deserve your wings.

My heartfelt condolences to Allan and Debbie’s family and friends. I am deeply saddened at this loss. I will remember Debbie fondly for her warmth and kindness, her love of family and her joyful spirit. Such a lovely lady. May she rest peacefully.
