  3. Meme, you will be dearly missed by us Proulx Girls and your memory will live on forever as the matriarch of your family.

We loved our time spent with you at the trailer and cozy at home baking molasses cookies, Rice Krispie’s and Eat More bars in your kitchen. No matter what time of day, you’d offer to make us breakfast, lunch or dinner. Cody looked forward to eating Pepe’s leftovers and I think he got a little too much pleasure from it! We never left hungry & there was ALWAYS bacon. Sophie and Paisley looked forward to their treat bags that you would pack with care before we left.

Sophie said some of her fondest memories were cuddling in your bed watching TV. Paisley remembers me telling her that her first “meal” at six months old was a rib you cooked to perfection during one of your New Years dinners.

You’ve been a rock when Cody left us too soon and you were constantly checking in on me and my girls. You had a special way of making everyone feel loved and cared for, and you are so easy to love. I will always cherish our time together, continue baking from the recipes you gave me, and light a candle in your memory. Give Cody the biggest kiss when you see him and please continue to check in on us.

    All our love,
    Steph, Sophie and Paisley Proulx
