The family wishes to announce with great sadness and heavy hearts that our son Bruce Plamondon, 51 years passed away on Wednesday, January 19, 2022, after a courageous battle with cancer. Survived by his parents Gaston and Denise Plamondon, his brother Terry (predeceased 2010 at the age of 45). He will be sadly missed by his family, friends, aunts and uncles, cousins, and especially by his best pal his dog Buddy. Bruce lived life to the fullest and loved to entertain in his big garage that he was so proud of. He would go in the bush with his quad and his dog and enjoyed ski-doing and boating. A dedicated and hard-working salesman who took great pride in his job. The family would like to thank everyone from the Northern Cancer Centre, especially Dr. Szeto, Dr. Pearce, Dr. Tsang, and his palliative doctors, Dr. Singh, Dr. Dylan Falk, and all the nurses. A special thank you to his home care nurse Mariam who adopted his dog Buddy (Bruce would be so grateful to her for doing that). Donations in Bruce’s memory can be made directly to the Northern Cancer Foundation or to the Maison McCulloch Hospice. R.I.P. son until we meet again. We will miss you and lots of love Mom and Dad.
I just found out about Bruce’s passing. So sad to hear of this. My deepest condolences to Denise and Gaston.
