Pan, Patricia “Patsy”

On Tuesday, June 20, 2023, Patricia “Patsy” Pan received her wings and went to “Walk with the Angels”. She was 86 years old. Beloved wife of Nilo (predeceased in May 1992). Loving mother of Tony (Susan) and Terry (Jim). Devoted grandmother (Meme) to Maggie (Scott), Jessica (Paolo), Sasha and Tiffany. Cherished great-grandmother to Kenneth and Ellie. Born in Sudbury and raised in Cartier, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Margaret (Lapierre) Landry. She was predeceased by her siblings Lilly, Edward, Claudette, and will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews.  Survived by her 4-legged companion of 18 years, her beloved Shih Tzu Bugsy, who misses her greatly and continues to live with family members.

Every day was a good day to her and she always looked forward to shopping with her best friend Joanne Campagnaro and Monique Campagnaro. Patsy was well-known for her bedazzled animal print clothing, jewelry and accessories. A radiant lady, that even in her later years was always willing and ready for an adventure. Blessed with many gifts, she had a great sense of humour and was always fun to be around. She truly had a Zest for Life. Her main focus in life was spending quality time with her family especially with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and witnessing their many accomplishments. Her upbringing and strong moral values were the foundation of someone who was very thoughtful, kind, generous, and always willing to lend a hand to someone in need. She cherished those she loved with her all heart.

Patsy has left a tremendous legacy of someone who will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.

In keeping with the family’s wishes there will be no visitation or funeral service. A Celebration of Patsy’s Life will take place at the Caruso Club (Lower Hall), 385 Haig Street, Sudbury on Thursday, July 20, 2023. Relatives and friends are welcome after 2:00p.m.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made directly to Pet Save in her memory would be greatly appreciated.
