McIntyre, Gregory

Passed away Tuesday, February 21, 2023 after a long courageous battle at Health Sciences North at the age of 55 years.

Predeceased by his parents Grant & Florence (Clark) McIntyre. Beloved husband and best friend of Debbie Lynn (nee Parisotto). Loving brother of Kenneth (predeceased)(Angie), Russell (predeceased), Debbie (predeceased) (Rene), Sheila (David), Kim (Rick), James (Patricia) and Brenda (predeceased).  A hero to his children Mackenzie (Cass), Alandra (Zak) and Mason (Makayla). Adoring papa to Everleigh and Lauklon who have greeted him in Heaven.

Greg will be missed by many nieces and nephews. He was the strongest man ever battling an illness, yet he was always there to support everyone, making people laugh at any age. He was a great husband, father and papa who was also a beloved hockey coach, an awesome line dancer and had a zest for life. Greg really enjoyed spending time with his beloved family especially the years when he and Debbie were able to travel.

A huge thank you to the 9th floor dialysis unit for the amazing support, love, and friendships that Greg encountered over the years.

If desired, donations may be made directly to the Kidney Foundation of Canada in Greg’s memory. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
