Passed away peacefully at Health Sciences North, surrounded by his family on Saturday, August 27, 2022 at the age of 68.
Beloved husband of Tillie (nee Edwardson) for 49 years. Loving dad of Tawny (Ted). Cherished Papa of Candice (Cody) and Anna. Proud great grandpa (Papa) of Layla and Lincoln. Brian is predeceased by his parents Earl and Delia, sister Norma, stepmother Edna and stepbrothers Andy, Johnny and Jimmy. Dear brother of Mary-Ellen (Larry), Mickey and stepbrother of Gerry, Trisha and Brenda. Brian will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, 'The Herd' and friends known as 'The Hood'.
A Celebration of Brian's Life will be held Saturday, November 5th from 2-4pm at the Colonial Inn (28 Cedar St., Coniston, ON P0M 1M0) where we can all come together and share a toast in his memory.
If desired, donations can be made directly to the Northern Cancer Foundation.

Dear Tillie & Family our sincere condolences. Brian was a good friend and neighbor and was always willing to lend a hand and share his knowledge. He is the only guy we have ever met who could get a 12 pack of Coors in his cargo pants pockets. We sure are going to miss him sneaking up on us through the path between our places.

We cannot express how deeply we will miss the amazing man that Brian was and will always be. He was always the first to arrive to help with any task, and the last to leave to ensure the job was done.
