The family announces with great sadness the sudden passing of Paula Langlois (née Denley), at 84 years of age at Health Sciences North on September 23, 2023. Paula was born in St. Stephen New Brunswick on December 12, 1938. Paula was the daughter of the late Hollis Denley and the late Cora (née Saunders). Paula was the little sister to Betty McBride (husband David predeceased) of New Brunswick.
At an early age, Paula moved to Ontario and married the love of her life George Langlois (predeceased) and they were married for 49 years. Paula retired from K-Mart and they built a retirement home on Manitoulin Island. Paula and George enjoyed the outdoors, hunting and fishing and making maple syrup. Paula was wise and a great mentor to her many nieces and nephews.
Paula will be dearly missed by her sister, and by many nieces and nephews and friends. At Paula’s request there will be no funeral visitation or service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made directly to the Northern Cancer Foundation https://ncfsudbury.com and would be appreciated.
