Langlois, Jack

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jack Langlois at the Elizabeth Centre on March 31, 2021 at the age of 83. He was a Brother, Grandfather, Uncle, and Friend. Jack was fun loving, always telling a joke. He was born and raised in Rumford. He married our late mom, Viviane (nee Lafrance) and they had a beautiful family: Lynn, Andrée (Rick), Daniel (Gina) and Marc (Michelle predeceased and friend Elizabeth) and made their roots in Val Thérèse. Jack took great pride in his career with the Canada Revenue Agency family. His life was full. Our Dad loved the bush, spending many hours walking, exploring, hunting, fishing and camping. The camp was built, even before the family arrived. This is where their family and friends enjoyed great hospitality, where memories were made. We enjoy a special bond because of this legacy. Cherished Grandfather to Cassie, Darian, Jesse, Anika, Vincent (predeceased), Julie, Alex, Anna, and Aiden. Beloved son of Alfred Langlois and Simone Langlois (Robineau). Dear brother to Bernie, (Mary predeceased), Robert (predeceased) (Stella), and Marc (Mary-Ellen). Loved by his many nieces and nephews. We would like to thank and will never forget all the staff who took such great care of Jack at the Elizabeth Centre. You were his and our second family. Dad, your loving family will miss you forever. We will have a Celebration of Life to be announced at a later date. In the meantime, family and friends are encouraged to remember our awesome Jack. Please share any photos and memories. The family would also like to thank Ranger’s Cremation and Burial Services for their services.
