Lamothe, Lawrence (Larry)

It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Lawrence (Larry) Lamothe at the age of 79 on Tuesday, December 3rd, 2019 at Health Sciences North, Sudbury. Beloved husband of Aline Lagrandeur (nee Beaulieu) (predeceased) and partner of Lise Mathieu. Predeceased by his parents Emery Lamothe and Edmay (nee Pilon). Cherished father to Andre (Roxanne) Lamothe, Nicole (Robert) Dunford, Monique (Marcel) Viau, Luc Lagrandeur (Jeff), Leo Lagrandeur (Brigitte), Louis Lagrandeur (Nicole), and extended family Tammy Mathieu (Chris), Cindy (Keith) Del-Pivo, Chantal (Brad) Hilborn, Rhaoul (Stephanie) Mathieu, Louis (Sarah) Mathieu, and father figure to so many others. Dear brother to Claire (Rheal) Branconnier, Evelyn Guy (Cliff) (predeceased), Diane Trudeau (Rheal) (predeceased), and Lloyd Lamothe (Paulette). Well respected brother in-law to the Delia Beaulieu family of Alban. Grandfather to 24 grandkids and 12 great grandkids and loving uncle to many nieces and nephews. There will be a celebration of life to be announced at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Ranger’s Cremation & Burial Services Ltd. Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated. His smile, wit, grace, and kindness will be missed by everyone whose lives he touched.
