It is with great sadness the family announces his sudden and tragic death on the early morning of June 17, 2023.
Beloved son of Gordon and Michele (nee McDonald) Hirschfeld.
Cherished younger brother to Melissa (Jackie), Dustin (Karleigh), Hanna (Manuel) and Emilie (Anthony).
Loving uncle to Zoë, Rue, Abigail, Sadie, Phoebe and great uncle to newly arrived Elias Adam.
Grandson of Jack and Doris (nee Grenon) McDonald (both predeceased) and Arthur (predeceased) and Doreen (nee MacWilliam) Hirschfeld.
Adam’s entire world, his pride and joy, was his son Cooper, his “adventure boy”. Being Cooper’s dad was his proudest achievement, and he spent every moment he could with him.
Adam will also be lovingly remembered by Cooper’s mother, Cassy.
Adam will be missed by an amazing and supportive group of friends including, but not limited to Aysia, Dave, Cody, Troy, Storm and many others.
At the time of his death Adam was a multi-ticketed tradesman, who had been working as a journeyman for the 1425 chapter of the millwright’s union. He was proud of the work he did, and proud to be part of the “brotherhood of the 1425”.
Adam will be sadly missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins, co-workers past and present, and too many friends to count.
There will be a Funeral Mass Saturday, July 1, 2023 at 10:00am at Holy Redeemer Church in Minnow Lake, followed by a gathering for all who knew and loved Adam at the Falconbridge Legion in Falconbridge from 1:00-4:00pm. . In lieu of flowers donation in Adam’s memory can be made directly to the March of Dimes Canada https://www.marchofdimes.ca/en-ca.

I am so sorry to hear about Adam.
I grew up with the Hirschfeld family and have great memories of Adam and how bright and funny he was. He always had a smile on his face and was always kind.
