Gaudet, Guy

It is with broken hearts that we say goodbye to our beloved Guy Gaudet. A love husband, father, and stepfather, he passed away on Wednesday, June 11^th, 2025 at the Maison McCulloch Hospice. A loving husband of Rose-Marie Rhéaume-Gaudet. Beloved son of Hector and Marguerite (née Roy) Gaudet both predeceased. Loving father of Rachel Gaudet (Dawson), stepfather of Serge Denis (Kennedy) and Vincent Denis (fiancée Meghan), and stepgrandfather of Ozzy Denis. Loving brother of Réjeanne Groves (Ernie), Lorraine Cyr (Michel), Raymond Gaudet (Marianne predeceased), Marc Gaudet (Irene), and Linda MacIvor (Brent). He will be missed by his best friend, his dog Sammy. Guy was a very gentle soul. He had a great sense of humour and was loved by many. He enjoyed traveling with his wife to Cuba and Mexico. He was enjoying his retirement until cancer and a brain tumour ended his life. Our family would like to thank the amazing staff at the Maison McCulloch Hospice for their special and amazing care. A celebration of Guy’s life will be held at the Crazy Horse in Chelmsford on Saturday, July 5^th, 2025 at 2pm. Répose en paix, mon amour.
