Calvin Ferris, age 69, of Sudbury, passed away peacefully on June 28, 2025, surrounded by his loved ones.
Born in Sudbury on July 13, 1955, Calvin was the beloved son of the late Andrew and Lila Ferris. He was a devoted husband to Susan (Robillard) Ferris and a proud, loving father to his sons, Wesley and Aaron Ferris.
Calvin was a cherished brother to his sister Fern Luck Piché and Bernie Piché (predeceased spouse Jeff Luck), and brother Colin and (Sue) Ferris. He was predeceased by sisters (Rosalie Ferris Schaefer and survived by Peter Schaefer, also predeceased sister Ferol (Ferris) and husband Earl Green, and his predeceased brother Andrew and spouse Joanne Ferris. He will be fondly remembered by his parent’s in-laws, Charlie and Rhea Robillard, and deeply missed by his many nieces, nephews, and his great-grand-nephew.
Kind-hearted and gentle, Calvin was a man who always placed family at the center of his life. He had a deep appreciation for nature and enjoyed cooking, gardening and spending time outdoors. A true motorcycle enthusiast, he found joy and freedom in riding his beloved Gold Wing. Calvin also shared an extraordinary bond with his cherished dog, Mylo, whose companionship brought him endless joy.
For over 25 years, Calvin was a dedicated employee of Stainless Steel Technology, where he was respected for his hard work and loyalty.
Calvin's warmth, quiet strength, and unwavering love for those around him will be dearly missed but never forgotten. Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
