Calvin Floyd Dawson of Sudbury, ON passed away peacefully at the age of 71 on Thursday, April 8, 2021. He was born August 19, 1949 in the town of Creighton, ON. He is survived by his children Kelly Dawson (Kerri), Tyler Dawson (Sarah), and James Revonkorpi. Loving Grandpa of Noah, Sophia, Hunter, Jayden, Raya, Aubrey, and Colin. Brother to Arnet Dawson (Michelle), and Shelly Pattenden. Predeceased by his siblings Elva, Evelyn, Frank, Dalton and Blake and his beloved parents Ross and Margaret Dawson. Cremation has taken place, and a Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
It is with deep sorrow that I had to say goodbye to my last brother. He was a good friend and will be greatly missed (especially our monthly get-togethers while we both enjoyed a night of watching wrestling).
We were created by God to return to God. This world is but a practice for the eternal life that awaits us. Through my faith I find comfort in knowing that one day we will all be rejoicing together in Heaven. Until then my brother, I will keep you in my prayers and in my heart.
May God strengthen all those who grieve him. My loving brother will never be forgotten. May the good times spent together keep his memory alive.
