Cunningham, Gerald “Gerry”

Passed away suddenly without suffering on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at the age of 89. Born, raised and married in Montreal to Velma (nee Fleet). Father of Rusty “Gerry”, Vikki , Glenn (Cheryl) and Scott. Beloved friend of Raymonde. As a young father during spinal surgery he knew he was dying. Although he was not a religious person, he railed at God to let him live to raise his children and someday see his grandchildren. God did, and graciously granted him 7 beloved grandchildren and 11 treasured Great-grandchildren. He was passionate about work safety and workers rights. Our condolences and thanks to the good Samaritans and doctors that came to his aide in his final moments.
