Cresswell, Les “Nook”

(April 16, 1948 - March 13, 2023)

It is with great sadness that we had to say goodbye to a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend who passed away in Sudbury, on Monday, March 13, 2023 at age 74. Beloved husband of 52 years to Wanda. Loving father to Karen Gentle (Chris) and Kevin Cresswell (Carrie). Poppa will be remembered by his grandchildren McKenna and Kynlee. 

In his younger years, Les enjoyed playing and listening to music, travelling, spending weekends at camp, and loved cooking. He enjoyed fun times on the Island during hunting season, especially with his friends at the Birchridge Hunt Club. The family would like to recognize and thank all of the Bayshore Nurses and Chiropodist, Devon Jahnke for their dedication and care provided to him over the years. Great thanks and appreciation for the Nurses and Doctors on the 5th Floor South, HSN for making his final days comfortable. He always praised the staff and acknowledge their effortless work and care. 

In keeping with his wishes there will be no visitation or funeral service. Please consider donating to a charity of your choice in memory of Les.
