Clement, Dennis Joseph Armand

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Dennis Joseph Armand Clement who passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 5, 2023 at Health Sciences North, Sudbury at the age of 79. Son of the late Ferdinand Joseph and Cecile (nee LaChapelle) Clement. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Linda, his children Kerry Philip (Deb), Derek, Roni Sue (Greg) and Michael (Lee-Ann) and proud Pepere / Pops to Madison (Craig), Joshua, Ethan, Adam, Natalie, and Kelly (Derek).

Dennis will be missed by his brothers Marcel (Rachel predeceased), Raymond (Clair predeceased), Ron predeceased (Jean), and sisters Fran (Laval), Sharon (Ron), along with many cherished nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In recent years, Dennis was a very proud follower of his grandchildren’s achievements and activities from their athletic to academic to career aspirations. Dennis was a larger-than-life personality who made friends wherever he went. He was an enthusiastic traveller who spent many years as a snowbird escaping the winter and reconnecting with his community in Florida. He was a baseball player in his younger years, a golfer in his later years, and always a diehard Blue Jays fan. 

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In memory of Dennis, donations can be made to a charity of your choice.
