It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Theresa Castonguay (Petit) on March 29, 2024. Daughter of the late Beatrice and Joseph Petit.
She is survived by son Terry (Susan), grandchildren Joanna and James (Jennifer), and great grandchildren William and Madelyn.
Theresa married Lionel (Len) Castonguay in 1958 and worked at Canadian Tire for over 30 years before retiring in 1992 to care for Len before his death in 1993. She is also survived by sister Pauline Chaput.
The family would like to thank the staff at the St. Joseph Continuing Care-Clarion Site for the care and kindness they gave Theresa. Thank you, Lorna and Paula. As per Theresa’s request, there will be no visitation or service, and if so inclined, donations may be made directly to Health Sciences North Foundation or the charity of your choice.
