It is with heavy hearts the family announces the peaceful passing of Lionel Brabant on Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at Health Sciences North at the age of 74. Born on January 19, 1948 in Sudbury, ON to the late Adélard and the late Lauria (née Boileau). Beloved husband of the late Valerie (née Grenon) Brabant. Loving father of Daniel. Cherished grandfather of Dylan, Danika and Kallum. Dearly loved brother of Lucien (Jean Castonguay) and predeceased by his siblings Leonide (Albert Denis), Germaine (Raymond Tremblay), Armand (Edna Belanger) and Eugene (Simone Demore). He will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. As per his wishes there will be no visitation or service.
