It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of Mélanie Jocelyne Bourgoin at 27 years of age on Monday, August 16, 2021. Leaving behind her beloved fiancé of 8 years Daniel Sauvé, her parents Renaud and Lou Ann Bourgoin, her sisters Janique Bourgoin (Mario Ouellette) and Roxanne Bourgoin, and her nephews Matéo Ouellette and Greyson Sauvé. Her in- laws Marcel and Carmen Sauvé, and brother-in-law Marc Sauvé (Brytne). She will also be missed by her beloved dog Bailey. She made an impact on all those around her with her contagious smile and laughter. She loved taking walks along the beach in Sand Bay with her trusty rubber boots and her sidekick Bailey by her side. She loved her adventures outdoors, camping, fishing, hunting and sitting by the bonfire roasting marshmallows with family and friends. The family would like to thank all the nurses at Bayshore, the PSW at Canadian Shield and the Maison McCulloch Hospice for the amazing support and guidance during these last difficult months.
