Passed away peacefully at Health Sciences North with family by her side on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, at the age of 89.
Predeceased by her parents Eward and Bertha (nee Reid) Cranston and former spouse Henry Bock all of Manitoulin Island. Beloved mom of Barbara (Jack) Maskell, Allan (Lou) Bock. Proud grandma of Andrea Maskell, Darren (Pamalyn) Maskell, Melanie (Neil) Farrington and Michelle Bock (Justin Girardi). Adoring granny to three beautiful great grandsons; Floyd, Seth and Levi. Fay was a sister to five brothers and eight sisters and an aunt to many.
In her younger years, Fay devoted much of her time to her sewing, restaurants, and catering businesses spreading love through serving others. Fay had a wonderful sense of humor and her most cherished moments were spending time at the family camp on Manitoulin Island. Fay was selfless in helping her family and others.
She will be deeply missed.
Hi Barb, just want to say how sad I was at your Mom’s passing. When I heard the news I had all these Husky memories and catering come flooding back to me. I’m sure she will be greatly missed. Please pass our condolences on to Jack, Allan and Lou. Take care hope to see you the next time I’m up.
