Blue, Brent Garry

In Loving Memory of Brent Garry Blue, passed on from this world much too early on October 29, 2021, from Glioblastoma Multiforme Grade 4, a terminal form of brain cancer, at the young age of 54.  A life-long resident of Sudbury, Brent worked right up to his diagnosis at the Tim Hortons located at the corner of Kingsway and Levesque as a Manager.  He is survived by his beloved and devoted wife Joan (nee Harvey) and cherished children Abby and Jack.  He will forever be missed by his mother Barbara (nee Merrylees) Blue from Garson and his only sister Wendy and husband Stefano DeCesaris from London.  He was a loving uncle to many nieces and nephews.  Brent was predeceased by his father Garry Maxwell Blue in July 2012.  A Celebration of Life will be held at Northedge Church, located at 264 Levesque St. on November 3rd between the hours of 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm.  In lieu of flowers, donations to Health Sciences North Cancer Centre would be greatly appreciated.  Together we can help find a cure so that no more families will have to lose a loved one to this vicious and cruel disease.

“Those we love don’t go away…

They walk beside us every day.

Unseen, unheard, but always near…

Still loved, still missed and very dear.”
