It's with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Vicki Blais on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at the age of 65 years in Sudbury, Ontario. Beloved daughter of Shirley Blais (nee Vaughan) and sister to Brenda - predeceased (Brent) and Gail (Roger). She leaves behind her very caring and loving cousins and special friend Sammy Kleiman of Sault Ste. Marie. Cherished aunt to many nieces and nephews. Vicki loved her fur babies and held a special place in her heart for every one of them. She enjoyed cooking and baking and was working on her own cookbook. She was a strong, beautiful, and caring person who was deeply loved by her family and friends. Vicki will be greatly missed and will forever remain in our hearts. The family would like to thank all the staff at HSN for all their time and support. As per Vicki's wishes there will not be a service or visitation, but her family will honor her memory at a later date. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in Vicki's memory directly to the S.A.I.N.T.S animal rescue.
I am sorry to hear about Vicki. Enjoyed her laugh and friendship especially in the Soo. I use to refer to her as my favorite crazy cat lady. She was very intelligent and caring. She was such a great cook and I was lucky to have tried some of her dishes. I would have loved a cookbook. She will be missed. Kathy

I’m so sorry to hear about Vicki. We had some fun times and she will be missed! She was a very caring person and will miss calling/seeing her when we go to Sudbury.
