Bell, Katherine “Kat”

It is with profound sorrow that the family of Katherine “Kat” McKenzie Bell announce her sudden passing on October 7th, 2025. Kat was born April 7th, 2003 to Laura and Gordon Bell. She is remembered for her sensitive nature and her zest for life and adventure. She cared deeply for her family and friends. She enjoyed swimming, cross-country running, skiing, and downhill skiing. Her mom and dad will miss working on cars with her in the garage, and her love of family meals. Her sister will miss their heart-to-heart conversations and adventures in and around Sudbury. Kat will be deeply missed by her sister Jamie (Jordan), her grandparents Lorna and Robert Russell, Aunt Tammy (Chris), cousin Cameron, uncles Archie (Terry), Lorne (Clara), and Allan. Kat is predeceased by her uncle Johnny and her grandparents Milly and Paddy Bell. A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
