In Loving Memory of William Thomas Sutton

It is with heavy hearts and deep gratitude for a life beautifully lived that we announce the passing of William Thomas Sutton — a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. For 62 wonderful years, Tom shared a deep and steadfast love with his cherished wife, Josephine (Taus). Their marriage was built on loyalty, laughter, resilience, and unwavering commitment. Together, they created a home filled with warmth, strength, and enduring love — a foundation that continues through generations. Tom was predeceased by Gerald Sutton and Hazel Sutton, whose memory he carried with him throughout his life. Tom’s greatest pride was his family. He leaves behind his loving children: Chris (Kim), Jerry (Erica), and Mark (Heather). He was a proud and constant presence in the lives of his grandchildren — Josh (Sarah), Jacob (Jamie), Joseph (Karina), Brock (Emily), Brad (Alessandra), Jack, and Emily — each of whom brought him immeasurable joy. Becoming a great-grandfather to Wesley Thomas was a blessing that filled his heart in a whole new way.

Tom loved the outdoors and cherished every moment spent outside. He enjoyed fishing and hunting with his family, passing down his knowledge and appreciation of the outdoors while creating memories that his children and grandchildren will carry with them forever. Tom was a man of quiet strength, steady hands, and a generous spirit. He believed in showing up — whether that meant offering a helping hand, sharing hard-earned wisdom, or simply being there when it mattered most. He led by example, teaching the value of hard work, humility, and devotion to family. He celebrated every milestone, stood firm through life’s challenges, and loved deeply and faithfully. His presence was steady, his laugh memorable, and his heart devoted above all to Josephine and the family they built together. Though our hearts ache in his absence, we take comfort in the beautiful life he shared with Josephine and the lasting legacy he leaves behind in each of us. His strength, kindness, and love will continue to guide his family for generations to come.

At Tom’s request, there will be no funeral or services. Tom will be deeply missed, forever loved, and always remembered.
