In loving memory of Rodney Carl White who passed away Thursday, June 24, 2021, after a short battle with cancer at the age of 61. Born in Sudbury and lifelong resident of Capreol, Rod enjoyed his retirement from CN and could always be found watching CNN, staying on top of current events, and chatting with his American friends on his computer. He enjoyed all types of music especially Acapela, Doo-wap and the oldies. Rod was a man who enjoyed his solitude but loved his daughter and grandchildren very much. Remembered by his daughter Courtney White (Brent Grenon) and grandchildren Vinny and Autumn. Predeceased by his parents Rodney White Sr. and Dorothy Lepki. Brother to Christine and Melanie (Jim). Friend and cousin to Dean White. A special thank you to Christine and Dean for their special care during Rod’s illness. In keeping with Rod’s wishes, cremation has taken place. As expressions of sympathy, donations made directly to a charity of your choice would be appreciated. In memory of Rod, be kind to each other, do a self-less act and raise a beer in memory of him.
