It is with great sorrow that the family announces the passing of Marcien Villeneuve, 80 years on Thursday, September 20, 2018 at Extendicare Falconbridge. Born in Sturgeon Falls, he was the son of the late Euclide and Liane (née Danis) Villeneuve. Marcien was predeceased by his wives Claudette and Rose. Beloved father of Joan (Younger), Marcien Jr. (Karen), Edward (Lynn) and Mark (Heather). Cherished grandfather and great-grandfather. Dearly loved brother of Emelda Touchette (Aime predeceased), Raymond (Bessy), Georges (Colette) and Louise Mclean (Larry). He was predeceased by his siblings and their spouses, Phil (Aurore), Mabel Maisoneuve (Robert), Gabriel (Dolores), Therese Doucette (Euclide), Rejeant (Anna), Simone Audette (Louis), Jean-Guy (Shirley, survived by Betty) and Raoul (Margaret). Sadly, missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. The family would like to thank the staff at Extendicare Falconbridge for their care and compassion. In keeping with Marcien's wishes there will be no visitation or services.
