Passed away peacefully away on Thursday, February 28,2019 at Maison McCulloch Hospice, at the age of 71. Daughter of the late Aurele and Yollande Robidoux. Loving wife of Brian. Cherished mother of Paul (Melissa). Fondly remembered by her brothers Andre (Claudette) and Marc (Nicole), sister Lyse (Cy) also by many nieces, nephews and extended family. Joyce loved to travel and make crafts. She would spend many hours volunteering in the community. She lived life to the fullest. Many thanks to Dr. Cano and the Cancer staff for their care and compassion. As per Joyce s request their will be no visitation or service. Memorial donations can be made directly to Maison McCulloch Hospice.

  1. Hi Brian & Paul – So sorry to hear of Joyce’s passing, we just found out last week in a phone conversation with Vince. Joyce was always such a positive individual, she will be missed.
    Last fall we moved to St Marys, Ont., a quiet little town between London and Stratford.

    All of us in the Circle of Hope Cancer support group were very saddened to hear of Joyce’s passing. She was our shining light. She was the one who phoned to find out how we were. She was the one to give us all courage and hope to carry on. Joyce radiated joy; she was always up beat and positive, We had no idea what she was going through; she was always the one to cheer the rest of us on.
    We are sad that we were not able to say goodbye Joyce but we can see your happy face and hear your encouraging words. Your legacy will carry on for ever. You faced cancer you showed so many people the way to live. You were our sunshine and you will continue to light the way. Rest in peace Joyce. From all of your friends of in the Circle of Hope group..

    Condolences to the both of you. I have known Joyce for over 20 years through the Brain Injury Association of Sudbury. She will be missed. I cherish the times we got together and laughed on our trips for conferences.

    We cannot even begin to understand what you are going through right now. Joyce was an honour to have known, such a beautiful generous lady, all the lovely comfort shawls she knitted for our Palliative care on the Island. Will truly miss her. Our hearts and prayer go out to you and your family.
