In loving memory of Gerald Taillefer, 76 years who passed away unexpectedly at Health Sciences North on Wednesday, February 20, 2019. Cherished husband of the late Faye (née Smith) Taillefer. Loving father of Brian (predeceased) and Carolyn (predeceased). Dear brother of Roland “Omer” (predeceased), Hubert (predeceased), Robert (predeceased) and Ronald. Born in Sudbury, he was the son of the late Fern and Odina (née Bigras) Taillefer. He will be sadly missed by his brothers-in-law Ron (Ginette) Smith, Carson (Linda) Burton, special friend Shirley and neighbors Bob (Colette) and Max. Fondly remembered by his numerous nieces, nephews, friends and extended family members. In keeping with Gerald’s wishes, there will be no visitation or service. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory can be made directly to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
