Spencer, Anna May

With sadness the family shares the passing of Anna Spencer (nee Bellmore) on Monday, June 27th 2022, at the age of 82 years. Beloved wife of 63 years to Robert Spencer. Loving mother of Clement Spencer (Gail), Cathy Spencer (Brian), David Spencer (Louise) and Cindy Deschamps (Louis). Special memere to Aimee (Denis), Christopher, Kara, David (Samantha), Brianne (Dun), Caitlyn (Chris), Danika (Travis), Rob and Nathan, and to 14 great grandchildren Rachelle, Abigail, Brandon, Layla, Owen, Spencer, Henry, Eli, Kieran, Jacob, Theo, Porter, Nicholas, and Reya. Predeceased by her parents Clement and Margaret Bellmore. Loving sister of Jack (predeceased), Norma (predeceased), Michael (Judy), Kenneth (predeceased), Stewart (Ann) and Linda Mailloux (Yvan). She will be sadly missed by brother- in -law Roger Spencer and sister- in- laws Pauline Spencer and Kathy Nesbitt.

Anna was always full of life and loved to spend time with family and friends. She enjoyed camping and spent many happy years at Stanley Park where she was often the bean bag champion. She loved to laugh and make others laugh. She will be remembered by the “fire in her eyes” and “the girl from Kansas City”.

A special thank you to all the PSW’s who cared for her at home and the staff members at Pioneer Manor.

As per the family wishes, there will be no service. A private family gathering will be held at a later date. Donations in Anna’s memory may be made to the Northern Cancer Foundation.
