Sloss, Aldea (nee Beaudry)

(May 21, 1945 – January 13, 2023)

It is with profound sadness that the family of Aldea Sloss announce her passing at Health Sciences North on Friday, January 13, 2023 at the age of 77. May she Rest in Peace. Beloved daughter to the late Yvonne Beaudry and Joe LeClair of Espanola, ON. Sadly missed by her loving companion of many years, Gilles Laberge. Loving mother and step--mother to Robin (Jeannine) Sloss, Todd Sloss, Grant Sloss, Sonia (Eddy) Laberge, Corey (Brenda) Sloss, Ann Sloss (Terry Zawacki – predeceased), and Andre (Linda) Laberge. Devoted grandmother to Jamie Lebel, Jesse Sloss, Marc Cataford, Tina Cataford, Corey Cataford, Hailee Laberge, Kyle Sloss, Tyler Sloss, Sierrah Zawacki, and Moe Huron. Dear sister to Grace McKay-Sarazin, Yvette LeClair and Joe Grenier. Predeceased by Irene, Edgar, Fred, Omer, Betty, Marie, Pete, George, Jackie, Jeannette, Gerald, Joseph, Claira, Elizabeth, Theresa, Claire, Lillian, and Florence. She will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, and friends. A Celebration of Aldea’s Life to honour her will be held later this year.
