Scarrow, Wesley Kenneth “Ken”

Ken Scarrow, 83 years left his earthly journey holding hands with his loved ones on Sunday, March 26, 2017 at Health Sciences North. Beloved husband and soulmate of 57 1/2 years to Konni (Neuman) Scarrow. Loving father of Veronica Paravano, Tony (Joanne) Scarrow, Mark (Sandra) Scarrow, Mathew (Tammy) Scarrow, Kim Penton, Gloria Luza, Mike (Diane) Guerard and Art (Shirley) Guerard. Cherished grandfather of Ian, Bryce, Jeffery, Toni, Christoph, Brittany, Brendon, Brody, Regan, Valery, Chad, Chryse, Crystal, Christine, Karen, Mike Jr. (Mickey), Cathy, Dale, David and great-grandfather of Emily, Darien and Anthony. Dear brother of Geri Cosgrove (John). Special uncle of Ben and Andrea. Born in Moose Jaw, SK to the late Elmer and Olive (Kenny) Scarrow. Ken worked for Canada Post for 32 years, retiring as a Letter Carrier in 1992. He has been enjoying his retirement for the past 25 years, following his passion of photography and his much loved Saskatchewan Roughriders in the CFL. In addition to being a proud father, Ken and Konni were foster parents for 37 years. The greatest joys in Ken’s life was being able to spend time with his family especially his grandchildren. Born with a natural sense of humor, we could always count on him for a good joke. He leaves a rich legacy of devotion and love and will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him. A Celebration of Ken’s Life will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church, 189 Regent St., Sudbury on Saturday April 1, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. with a reception to follow in the Church Hall.
