With her loving family by her side, we announce the passing of Alma Rossi, 86 years on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at Health Sciences North. Born in Romford, ON to the late Alphonse and Alice (nee Therrien) Cayer. Beloved wife of the late Eugene St-Jacques and the late Oliver Rossi. Loving mother of Daniel (predeceased), Laurent (predeceased), Noela, Allan (Linda) and Anita (predeceased). Cherished grandmother of Helen, Yvette, Gisele, Vanessa, Chad, Kevin and great grandmother of 11. She was a very proud and doting great- great grandmother of 2 and godmother of 3. Alma was a long-time resident of Levack, ON (since 1954) and an honored member of the Ladies Auxiliary with the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 503 in Levack. Alma loved to knit, cook and spend time in the garden. In keeping with her wishes there will be a private family service. Donations in Alma’s memory may be made by cheque directly to the Falls Food, 2 Hillside Ave., Onaping, ON P0M 2R0 or by dropping off a non-perishable food item would be appreciated by the family.
