Richard passed away peacefully at Health Sciences North surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, December 28, 2022, at the age of 75 years.
Predeceased by his parents Cyril and Aurore (nee Labrosse) Rochefort. Loving brother of Yollande (late Fernand) Guenette, Donat (Thérèse) Rochefort, predeceased by the following brothers: Paul (Jeanine) Rochefort, Julien Rochefort, Donald Rochefort and Adelard “Ti-Bé” Rochefort. Cherished uncle to Gabrielle “Gabby” (Guy) Gagnon, who lived and cared for “Pow-Pow” for many years. Special great-uncle to Kellie-Thérèse Quenneville and Justin Gagnon. He is loved by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
The family would like to thank nurse McKayla at Health Sciences North, 8th Floor for her compassionate care and warmth during this most difficult time, you are amazing!
A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
