In loving memory of Alois “Louis” Reger who passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family at Pioneer Manor on Monday, November 4, 2019 at the age of 93. Loving husband of Colombe (nee Giguere). Cherished brother of Hans (Ellen) (predeceased). Sadly missed by his extended family Denis Giguere (predeceased) (Claire), Emilien Giguere (predeceased) (Robea), Leonard Giguere (Paulette), Gerard Giguere (predeceased) (Diane), Aurel (predeceased) (Caroline), Maurice Giguere, Florian Giguere (Janine), Desneiges Danis (Henri-predeceased), Helene Corriveau (Gerard-predeceased), Lucille Lalonde (Michel-predeceased), Liette Arbour (Armand), Claire Hurtubise (Robert) and Colette Caron (Louis). He will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends. Louis was born on September 6, 1926 in Salzburg, Austria and immigrated to Canada a short while after. He will be sadly missed by his four-legged best buddies Princo, Rascal and Toby. The family would like to extend their deepest thank you to the staff at Pioneer Manor as well as our kind neighbors, especially to “our angel” Jan for doing all you do. In keeping with his wishes, there will be no service or visitation. In lieu of flowers, donations in Louis name can be made directly to the Sudbury SPCA and would be appreciated.
