Due to the ongoing Covid-19 Pandemic the family has decided to forgo a Celebration of Life at this time. A private family interment will take place in the family plot in the Ottawa Valley this fall. Thank you to all Noel’s friends for the messages of condolence and sympathy. He will be dearly missed.
