Surrounded by the love of his family Roger Albert Poirier, 71 years passed away peacefully at the Maison McCulloch Hospice on Monday, September 10, 2018. Beloved husband and partner of 52 years to Patricia (née Brisebois) Poirier. Loving father of Angele Constantin and Monique Poirier. Cherished grandfather of Stephanie. Born in Sudbuy, he was the son of the late Albert and Angelina (née Carriere) Poirier. Dear brother of Therese Charette (Roger) both predeceased, Jeannine Poirier (Alcide predeceased), Raymond Poirier (Cyrilda). Cherished uncle of many nieces and nephews. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. A gifted photographer for over 35 years, both Roger and Patricia came to be known as the “Husband and Wife” creative team. In keeping with Roger’s wishes there will be no visitation or service. Donations in Roger’s memory can be made directly to the Maison McCulloch Hospice.
