Richard Michel Pellerin, 65, died peacefully at Maison McCulloch Hospice with his family by his side on Wednesday, May 23, 2018. Richard was born on May 19, 1953 in the small town of Verner, ON to Georges and Madeleine Desrosiers (predeceased). He is survived by his wife Debbie, his children, Carrie (Mike Plante) and Richard (Crystal Willett), his 4 grandchildren, Damien, Hayden, Branden, and Aidyn, his siblings; Hughie Smith, Francine Venne (Michel), Roger Pellerin (Ghislaine), Carole Tessier (Gerry), Nicole St-George (Gerald) and June Pellerin (Andy Fleury). Richard enjoyed spending time with family and loved going to his camp on Lake Washagami. He was a very devoted father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. The family would also like to thank all of the Shared Care team who cared for Richard throughout these past months, doctors and nurses, especially Jenna for the loving care provided during this difficult time, as well as the staff at Maison McCulloch Hospice for their care and compassion. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 16, 2018 at the Colonial Inn, 28 Cedar St. Coniston, from 1-4 pm. The family asks that donations be made to the Maison McCulloch Hospice on his behalf.
