Pandke, William

In loving memory of William “Bill” - “Billy” Pandke, who passed away peacefully at his residence on Thursday, November 7, 2019 at the age of 73. Loving father of Derek (Kraiwit) and Brent (Kely). Predeceased by his wife of 30 years Carol Pandke and his canine companion Buddy. Born on November 3, 1946 to the late Eugene and Lilian (nee Constanineau) Pandke. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Patricia Harrison for her loyalty and devotion, Greater Sudbury Police and the Paramedics who helped during this difficult time. Billy was inducted into the Bobby Orr hall of fame in 2013 and was extremely proud of this accomplishment. He will be remembered by his many friends at Tim Hortons where he enjoyed his coffee, reading his newspaper, enjoying his plain donut and looking forward to “chick night”. He was quirky and blunt but loved all those that chose to surround him. In keeping with Billy’s wishes, there will be no service or visitation. Interment in the family plot at Park Lawn will take place in the Spring of 2020.

  1. Brent and Derek, we were so sorry to hear about your Dad. Uncle Bill was always joking around and teasing us when we were kids and we always felt like we were kids again when we were with him. I will miss the banter and jabs. He made us laugh a lot. Sending you our love and hugs during this difficult time. Allan and Kim

  2. Dear Pandke family,
I am sorry to hear of Billy’s passing.
I went to St.Hubert’s elementary school with him and played on a dozen hockey and ball teams with him, mostly at Elm West Playground.
He was a very good athlete, and was fun to be around, as he so often had a quip or a line to make us laugh.
Please accept my condolences at your great loss.
