Morrison, Dianne (née Greer)

Dianne Morrison, 84, passed away, Monday, October 7, 2019, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband of 59 years, Wally Morrison, and her mother, Vera Greer. Dianne is survived by her two loving daughters, Marilyn Kisser (Harley) and Lorie Eastick (Doug). Dianne was loved by her grandchildren, Andrea Kisser-Quig (Rob), Jeff Eastick (Lindsay), Brenna and Chris Eastick. Dianne worked for many years at Dominion Store, where she perfected her outgoing and friendly personality. Dianne and Wally enjoyed many years of entertaining family and friends on Lake Mindemoya. In their later years, they enjoyed many winters in Panama City Beach, FL. Her daughters appreciate the love and support she gave to them while they raised their families - she was always there, no ifs, ands, or buts. Her sons-in-law enjoyed her Sunday roast beef dinners and kept her technologically connected. She spent many years babysitting and spoiling her grandchildren who were the light of her life. They will always remember her endless support at sporting events, graduations, dance recitals, and her best efforts at Nintendo 64. Dianne was best known for her love of baked goods - especially Chelsea buns - shopping, her style, being late for everything and her love of dogs. Her family would like to thank the staff and residents of the Walford Retirement Residence for welcoming her into their loving family. Special thanks to Josee and Trina. They would also like to thank all the staff of 5N and 5S at Health Sciences North who provided care and comfort to Dianne and her family during her final days. Special thanks to Louise, Varsha, Lori and an ongoing thanks to the City of Lakes health team. Wendy Lang, thanks for being by our side. In keeping with Dianne’s wishes, there will be no service or visitation. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made directly to the Health Sciences North Foundation www.hsnfoundation.com.
