It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that the family of Marcel Miron announces of his passing on November 03, 2023 at the age of 82 years old at Health Sciences North.
Beloved husband of 53 years to Suzanne (née Hunter). Loving father of Jennifer (Tom Barclay). Dear son of Sylva and Rachel Miron both predeceased, son-in-law to David and Gabrielle Hunter both predeceased. Dear brother of Jeannine Anderson (Brad) and predeceased by brother Guy Miron (Colette), brother-in-law to Marie Dewar (Ron – predeceased) & Linda Hunter (David – predeceased). Sadly missed by many loving nieces and nephews.
Marcel was employed with Purolator and retired after 26 years of service. Prior he was manager of the Falcon Hotel for 10 years. After retirement he enjoyed bowling, camping, travelling specially to visit his daughter in Australia. At Marcel request there will be no funeral visitation. A Celebration of Life to be held at a later date.
