Passed peacefully away in the presence of his family, on Friday, March 22, 2019 at the Health Sciences North, at the tender age of 71. Predeceased by his parents John E. Milks and Deline (nee Brunette) Milks and by his two brothers Clarence and Glenn Milks. Cherished father of Adam Milks and Lisa Goudreault, grandfather of Josée Labelle (Goudreault) Aj, Justin Goudreault (Brynn), Victoria Goudreault, great grandfather of Carter and Austin Goudreault. Leaving to mourn are his sisters Gail and Shirley Milks. Uncle to Bev Shea (Ducharme) Pierre, Jennifer Theriault (Ducharme) Mitch, Marlene Landry (Ducharme) Craig, Darren Ducharme and Shawn Milks, great uncle to Vanessa (Ryan) Wilkins, Tanya, Tamara, Cody, Julianna and Norah as well as many other family and friends. As per Jacks wishes there will be no visitation or service.
