It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Tracy Leigh McGinn (Nee Allen) on Saturday, December 2, 2017 at her residence. Born in Guelph, ON to the late William and Edie (Nee Murray) Allen. Loving spouse of Michael “Tony” Flower. Cherished mother of Laura Rotz of Kearney, ON. Beloved sister of Murray Allen of Newfoundland and Ed Allen of Brampton.
