Edmond McDonald passed away in his sleep on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 in the early morning hours at Health Sciences North.
He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Mary McDonald. He was the son of Evelyn (predeceased) and Edmond (predeceased) McDonald. He is predeceased by his son Edward. Father of Susan (partner Mike) and son James (fiancee Jennifer). The light of his life, his two grandchildren: Katherine and Marion. He was the brother of Charles (predeceased, wife Annette), Gladys and Graham (predeceased), Joyce (husband Bernie), Roger (wife Blanche). Loved by many nieces and nephews.
Ed enjoyed woodworking, hunting and fishing. Many stories will be told using Ed's "words of wisdom" among his friends.
Ed's family would like to express our gratitude to neighbours and friends (Andre and Denise, Marcel and Paulette, Mike and Anne) who have been generous with their time and deeds to help during this difficult time.

The family will be holding a small private Celebration of Life, at a later date.

You’re like the best neighbor any one could ask for..we will all miss you you’ll never be forgotten..going to miss you being in the garage having glass of wine with my dad or you always bugging me about me wearing my shorts during winter or when bijoux goes crazy when she sees you..gunna miss everything..R.I.P Eddie 😧
